Signature Cocktails
Our house signature. Gin, fresh lemongrass, pandan syrup, lime, and a splash of soda. Aromatic, clean, and unmistakably Sarawakian.
Vodka, fresh torch ginger flower juice, ginger beer, and lime. The torch ginger — bunga kantan — gives it a floral depth unlike any standard mule.
Aged rum, gula melaka syrup, a squeeze of calamansi, and bitters over a large ice cube. Named after Sarawak's most storied chapter of history.
